Principals Pamela Grover, president and CEO of Design Tech Consulting, Inc., has been involved in computer design and desktop publishing since 1987. With a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and over 20 years of business experience, she leads creative teams in developing dynamic Web sites, oversees office staff, and manages customer service. In addition to marketing their business through various professional groups, Pamela also speaks nationally on creating effective Web sites and integrating your Web site into your marketing plan. Spencer Grover, president and CTO of Design Tech Consulting, Inc., has been involved with all aspects of computers since his childhood. He has honed his technical and programming skills through building computers from scratch and reprogramming applications in Visual Basic. Spencer develops databases as well as stand-alone customized programs using Microsoft Access. He stays up-to-date on the latest computer hardware & software technology in order to maintain knowledgeable and responsive technical support. He also developed a role playing game called Star Lords and is currently migrating it into a computer-enhanced role playing game.
