Pamela & Spencer Grover established Design Tech Consulting, Inc. in
August 1996. The company is founded in the belief that quality
customer service and technology expertise need not be exclusive.
While we provide service to companies of all sizes, we focus on
commercial and non-profit organizations ranging from 3 to 50
workstations.

Principals
  Pamela
Grover, president and CEO of Design Tech Consulting, Inc., has been
involved in computer design and desktop publishing since 1987. With
a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and over 20 years of
business experience, she leads creative teams in developing dynamic
Web sites, oversees office staff, and manages customer service.
In addition to marketing their business through various professional
groups, Pamela also speaks nationally on creating effective Web
sites and integrating your Web site into your marketing plan.
She is co-founder of
The
Future of Scrapping, Inc., a company that offers classes in
digital scrapbooking. She enjoys photography, Bible study,
travelling, investing in real estate, playing volleyball and
spending time with her family.
 Spencer
Grover, president and CTO of Design Tech Consulting, Inc., has been
involved with all aspects of computers since his childhood. He has
honed his technical and programming skills through building
computers from scratch and reprogramming applications in Visual
Basic.
Spencer develops databases as well as stand-alone customized
programs using Microsoft Access and SQL Server. He stays up-to-date on the latest
software technology and participates in Twin Cities' Microsoft User
Groups.
He enjoys developing and beta-group testing his hybrid role playing game called Star Lords,
investing in real estate, playing volleyball, building just about
anything and spending time with his family.
